Academic Req: Required - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in education. At least 3 years of leadership roles within school systems.
Preferred - TTESS certification preferred.
Work Experience: Knowledge of the Pre-K -12 landscape. Head Start knowledge and experience a plus but not required. At least 3 years of leadership roles within a school system. TTESS certification preferred.
The ideal candidate for this role will have an innovative mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, project management, and customer service skills.
Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
This is a perfect role for someone who loves to have accountability for project success, deliverables, and loves the work of supporting education teams for the development of all children and the capacity building of all stakeholders.
1. Provides initial and on-going customer service and support to partner schools throughout the relationship. Identifies unmet needs and provides solutions to fit the individual needs of each district, private, charter, or Head Start school.
2. Meets with school administrators on a regular basis to provide detailed progress monitoring of all solutions provided to partner schools.
3. Provides ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of all programs and communicates directly with the Chief of Schools any needs that arise or obstacles in the process.
4. Documents, maintains, and uploads accurate logs of school meetings, agendas, metrics.
5. Monitor and evaluates the implementation of prescribed programs and meets weekly with supervisor to share status of relationship and deliverables.
6. Meets regularly with staff supporting each district/school to discuss program progress, overcome obstacles, and adjust program implementation as needed for best practice and support of student engagement and teacher effectiveness.
7. Build on-going customer service mentality throughout the organization.
8. Travel as needed to partner schools for In-Person meetings. TEAMS meetings can also be incorporated. The Program Manager will work with the Chief of Schools to determine the proper cadence of on-site and virtual meetings.
9. Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Demonstrate the ability to respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics.
2. Communicate in writing and verbally in English.
3. Demonstrated ability to maintain emotional control, and professional composure at all times.
4. Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
5. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all INK policies and procedures.
6. Ability to organize and prioritize duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends if needed.
8. Ability to work independently.
9. Possess a valid driver’s license
10. Complete and pass health examination

12. Successfully pass driving history check
13. Clear criminal background check
14. Required to lift up to 60 pounds.
15. Required to stand, sit on the floor, bend, squat, kneel, lift children, and engage with children.
16. Exposure to communicable diseases, and other hazards such as cigarette smoke, pets, at risk neighborhoods, etc.
17. Travel up to 50% by car, bus, airplane, or train may also be required associated with attendance at conferences, meetings and other duties carried out at distant locations in and out of state and in some cases where some overnight travel may be required.
