Customer Service /Photo Technician
Duties:
- Effectively assist customers with incoming orders and finalize with point of sale
- Multi-task between assisting customers and additional functions in the photo lab
- Implement a helpful attitude to accomplish customers goals
- Efficiently analyze customer needs and provide appropriate helpful solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Qualifications:
- - Previous experience in customer service or related fields, such as photography- Must be very reliable, energetic and local with own transportation- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Proficient computer skills, Adobe Photoshop helpful- Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service- High school diploma or equivalent
