Requirements:
- Education: A 4-year college degree (Bachelor's) is preferred; however, candidates with a strong 2-year degree (Associate's) and a high GPA will be considered.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: $58,000-$65,000 (Base Salary, Bonus, Overtime)
- Retention Bonuses: Up to $2,500 every 6 months for the first 18 months as part of our structured incentive program
- Training Bonus: $800 bonus upon successful completion of the training program
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 18 days in the first year, with additional days off provided in subsequent years.
