Your responsibilities:
- Expand your network and foster business relationships in the Sydney market.
- Develop a robust talent pool and pipeline of candidates.
- Manage end-to-end talent solutions for client companies across diverse industry sectors.
- Stay abreast of hiring market trends, sharing consultative insights.
- Engage in company events, networking, and CSR initiatives.
Your qualifications:
- 2 years proven experience in agency recruitment or similar B2B client-facing roles.
- Strong track record of cultivating business relationships.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn, developing a commercial skill set.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
