Your role at Baxter:

The Principal Business Analyst for Cardiology will be responsible for supporting multiple large-scale projects concurrently related to software, data infrastructure and process development, including development of requirements, testing plans and process documents.

What you'll be doing:

• Working with Revenue Cycle Management, Product Management, Finance and IT ensures that needs of key stakeholders are analyzed and clearly specified.
• Collects, analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Translates conceptual user requirements into functional requirements / technical specifications in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Working with the business leaders, develop process documentation and work instructions.
• Executes testing plan to identify functionality or data issues prior to implementation.
• Supports the technical team with preparation of documents for regulatory compliance and implementation.
• Support the project manager in completing project plan tasks, managing team / stakeholder expectations for timeline and deliverables, drafting stakeholder communications and meeting project milestones.
• Other duties, as assigned.

What you'll be doing:
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and process
• Proven experience building, maintaining and leveraging strategic and cross-functional relationships through effective communication and collaborative leadership.
• Proven track record of analytical ability, operational excellence and detail orientation.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills-including verbal, written, negotiation and overcoming objections.
• Advanced analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
• Extremely organized and highly self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
• Enjoys working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Education and/or Experience:
• BS/BA degree required with focus on Software Engineering, Project Management, Business Improvement, Finance or Business
• 10 years required experience with Business Analyst / Project Analyst roles with demonstrable evidence of successfully partnering with customers and achieving shared goals and outcomes.
• Prior experience working on projects for software development and integrations.
• Healthcare and/or medical device experience is preferred.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $120,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
