Responsibilities:
- Perform consultations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer a range of aesthetic procedures, such as injectables, laser treatments, and skincare procedures
- Educate patients on treatment options, pre- and post-care instructions, and potential outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients throughout their experience
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments
Qualifications:
- Current RN or NP license in the state of Minnesota
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic or cosmetic procedures is a plus
- Certification in relevant aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments) is a plus
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and delivering natural-looking results
