Job Summary
The Aesthetic Care Specialist is a critical member of the Chapter team. This position is responsible for: Delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments such as, but not limited to custom peels, facials, and micro needling; delighting patients with exceptional guest service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving guest satisfaction, retention, and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter.
Essential Responsibilities
- Delivers on Chapter’s promise of extraordinary results, innovation, and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines.
- Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction.
- Upholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols.
- Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e. average ticket, product sales, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems
- Educates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current members.
- Ensures 85% booked clinic schedule.
- Represents Chapter Purpose and Values in all circumstances.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Education Level: Esthetician license credential
- Job Related/Industry Experience: Licensed to practice in state of designated studio.
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections.
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.

Hourly rate range $22 depending on experience plus monthly incentives.
