Responsibilities
Delivers on Chapter’s promise of extraordinary results, innovation and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines
Masterful scope of clinic treatments
Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction
Upholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols
Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e. average ticket, product sales, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems
Educates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefits of membership to current members
Represents Chapter's Purpose and Values in all circumstances
May travel to other studios within the territory to assist with staffing needs
Requirements/Qualifications
Education Level: Nurse Practitioner, FNP
Licensed to practice in state of assigned territory
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with 1 year of Aesthetics experience preferred
Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections
Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
Salary: Hourly rate range $55-$60 based on experience
