Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Maintain flower beds and garden areas by planting, weeding, and mulching
- Supervise a team of lawn care technicians and provide guidance on job tasks
- Build and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Care for trees by pruning, trimming, and removing dead branches
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify and address any issues or concerns
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in operating lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
