The Role : Daytime Crew Member – Must Be Ready to ROCK Weekends!

As a Daytime Crew Member at Jersey Mike’s, you’ll be the heart of our operation, serving up fresh subs and creating exceptional experiences for every guest. We need people who can keep up the energy and bring their “A” game every shift!

What You’ll Be Doing :

Set the stage for success : Help open the store and prepare fresh, top-quality ingredients.
Master the craft : Create subs that keep customers coming back for more – with speed and precision.
Serve with a smile : Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience to every customer with amazing service and a positive attitude.
Work hard, work together : Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace alongside your teammates.
Make it happen : Assist with inventory management, food prep, and other essential tasks, ensuring our store is always in tip-top shape.

What You Bring to the Table :

Must-have : Weekend availability (we need reliable team members who can work weekends).

Experience : Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus, but we’ll train you if you’re the right fit!

Energy : If you’re upbeat, motivated, and ready to move, you’ll fit right in!

Commitment : Must be at least 18 years old (to operate the slicer) and have reliable transportation.

Team player : Must be able to work well with others and contribute to a positive, energetic environment.
