What You'll Be Doing: Assisting the Senior Project Controls Specialist in managing cost and schedule controls on numerous construction projects at Memphis International Airport. Assisting with preparation of internal Parsons and MSCAA reporting requirements. Evaluate Designer- and/or Owner-directed scope revisions and necessity, evaluate alternatives, and make appropriate recommendations. Assist with evaluating Contractor-initiated proposals, schedule impacts and reasonableness of time extension requests, and assist with making recommendations to the Owner. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports documenting project progress, preparation of project meeting agendas, and finalizing meeting minutes. Preparing cost and schedule analysis, making recommendations, and preparing agenda items for monthly Board meetings. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) Typically 3 years of related work experience. Primavera and/or Microsoft Project scheduling experience. Experience with Procore or other equivalent project management software set-up and operation. Construction project cost control experience and successful record of achievement. Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/None This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
