Position Overview :
The Commercial Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining project schedules. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Site Management & Coordination :
Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and client expectations.
Lead, motivate, and supervise on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor construction costs and labor hours to ensure projects stay within budget.
