Financial / Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial / Business Analyst. The successful candidate will assist in evaluating and analyzing financial and business data to support decision-making processes and ensure the company's financial performance aligns with its strategic goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and business performance data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, trends, and projections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and ensure financial strategies align with them.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis to support strategic decisions, investments, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
- Evaluate financial and operational data, conducting variance analysis and identifying potential discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed, working closely with leadership to improve business processes.
