- Scheduling : Creating and maintaining project schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
- Contract Management : Negotiating contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, and overseeing contract execution to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Risk Management : Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project objectives and outcomes.
