Position Overview :
As a Sales Representative at Signent Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our outsourced HR services. This role requires a self-motivated and energetic individual who can build and nurture relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and HR professionals to help them realize the value of our services. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate the benefits of outsourcing HR functions and position our company as the trusted partner for their HR needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities by targeting companies that can benefit from outsourced HR services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, CEOs, CFO's, HR directors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demos to effectively communicate our HR solutions.
- Customize sales pitches based on the specific needs of prospective clients, focusing on how our services can help improve HR efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring an excellent client experience throughout.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, including attending networking events and trade shows to build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the operations and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery after the sale is closed.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes that may affect clients HR needs.
