Just four years ago we launched Kumiho Soju – a premium line of distilled spirits exclusively serving the California restaurant industry. In that time, we have grown rapidly in market share and are poised for exponential growth in 2025.

We are a small, fast growing ON-PREMISE brand, looking for outgoing, hungry and service oriented individuals to come build their career with us as Area Development Managers (ADM) .

At Kumiho Soju, we pride ourselves on listening. Hearing what the customer needs, then finding solutions for them with a high quality line of affordable products. As a result, our customers are our partners and often become our friends.

This listening model is adopted internally as well. We are not looking for minions to “boss around,” but for creative, forward thinkers who can articulate what they are seeing in the market, and work with us to help support it.

Day-to-Day Operations include :

  • Introducing our product line to vetted leads.
  • Opening up lines of dialogue with decision makers.
  • Providing continued support to restaurant partners.

  • Job Demands / Responsibilities :

    Create and manage partner relationships, helping them grow their businesses and beverage programs. This job operates primarily in the field with minimal administrative time.

  • Represent Kumiho Soju professionally and graciously.
  • Open new accounts and make sales.
  • Maintain regular attention and support to existing accounts.
  • Keep accurate account logs within CRM and Route Guiding software.
  • Dedicated weekly meetings with Leadership Team.
  • Bi-monthly invoice submission.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • A valid driver’s license and clean personal record.
  • Ability to personally pay / charge ordinary and necessary business expenses that will be reimbursed bi-monthly.
  • Must reside in or near the territory.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 1 - 3 years sales experience within the Alcoholic Beverage / Hospitality industry.
  • Experience building customer relationships.
  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • General math skills.
