Lead Beverage Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist and Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for crafting unique cocktails and an understanding of the fine dining experience. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating innovative drink recipes, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your expertise in food handling and culinary knowledge will enhance our guests' overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation.
• Create signature cocktails and innovate new drink recipes that align with our menu offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods, assisting with food preparation as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service.
• Assist with bussing tables when necessary to support the overall dining experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or in a similar role within a fine dining establishment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Basic math skills for managing inventory and measuring ingredients accurately.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and sanitation practices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members while providing exceptional customer service.
• Must possess valid food handling certification or be willing to obtain one upon hiring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
