Who We Are:
Founded by Philip Revien and Michael Fischer in 2014, 626 provides maintenance expertise on all medical technology equipment manufacturers and modalities. Position: Account Director
Reports to: CCO
Summary/Objectives:
The Account Director will be responsible for managing the overall relationship of an assigned group of existing accounts. Duties will include coordination of monthly and quarterly business reviews, retention of contracted revenue, development of account relationship and expansion of revenue opportunity across all 626 revenue channels. The Account Director will work in partnership with Service Operations to ensure to all commitments of the contracted services are achieved without managing service events.
Essential Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients and ensuring client satisfaction as their main point of contact for non-service-related communication.
- Proactively communicate with client to understand needs and expectations including addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly. Act as liaison between client and internal service team for service-related matters including escalations.
- Coordinate business reviews based on agreed upon cadence and work in partnership with service to monitor overall health of account.
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing client accounts and negotiating pricing and contract terms to ensure profitable business.
- Developing comprehensive account plans including client priorities, strategic initiatives, contact expansion and relationship matrixes.
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute account plans (Pricing, Contracts, Service).

Physical Demands
The physical requirements that are essential to perform this job are to talk and to hear. It will also be required by the employee to frequently stand; walk, lift up to 30 Lbs., to use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Travel
Employee will be required in this position to travel during work hours within assigned region; 100% of this position requires travel. The position will require only reporting to the main office when necessary and most of the job will be done in the field.
Education and Experience
- 3-5 years Prior Experience in sales, customer service or account management role
- Previous role experience in clinical equipment market or similar market preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
