Position: Director, Strategic Alliances
Reports to: Vice President, Inside Sales
Summary/Objectives:
The Director of Strategic Alliances will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and managing relationships with potential strategic partners including but not limited to key industry players, technology partners, healthcare service providers and channel partners, with a primary focus on expanding market reach, driving new business leads and accelerating revenue growth. These collaborative partnerships will often involving joint marketing efforts and co-selling initiatives to generate a strong pipeline for the company.
Essential Responsibilities
- Actively search for and assess potential strategic partners that align with the company's business goals and market needs, evaluating their market reach, customer base, and product offerings to identify potential lead generation opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive partnership strategies, including joint marketing plans, co-selling agreements, and lead sharing mechanisms to maximize lead generation potential.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies, building trust and rapport to facilitate collaboration and lead generation.
- Structure and negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and outcomes.
- Identify and qualify leads generated through partnerships, ensuring they are effectively nurtured and transitioned to the sales team for conversion.
- Monitor and measure the success of strategic alliances through key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated from partner collaborations.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare imaging equipment market, regulatory landscape, and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify mutually beneficial partnership opportunities, aligning company goals with potential partners' interests.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies for improved lead generation.
- Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.

- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams like sales, marketing and legal to execute partnership strategies

Physical Demands
The physical requirements that are essential to perform this job are to talk and to hear. It will also be required by the employee to frequently stand; walk, lift up to 30 Lbs., to use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Travel
Employee will be required in this position to travel during work hours as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
Education and Experience
- 7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or lead generation preferably within the healthcare imaging, medical device, or healthcare technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
