The Opportunity:
As a Business Services professional, you have the experience and skills to ensure our project financial operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight into Business Services performance.
As a member of the Accounts Receivable (AR) team, you will perform administrative, processing, and auditing responsibilities, including understanding contracts, processes, and procedures to appropriately set up projects. You will work with several stakeholders to ensure the project setup meets the billing, revenue recognition, and reporting requirements. Collaborate with the AR team and stakeholders to address questions to resolve issues and ensure that project data is accurately maintained according to set standards. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
Experience working in a Business, Finance, Accounting, or Customer Service role in a professional environment
Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, or Outlook
Ability to collaborate in a team environment with a focus on high professional standards, strong follow-up, and successful project execution
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules
Ability to pay attention to detail and commit to accuracy
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently
HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $89,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
