Aerospace Digital Engineer

Key Role:

Create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of products from concept throughout the product lifecycle. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in systems or digital engineering

• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and system engineering practices

• Ability to independently think, plan, and work at both a tactical and strategic level Ability to lead a small team of engineers

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with model-based system engineering

• Possession of excellent organizational and project management skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aeronautics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
