This is an opportunity to create efficiency in IT and cybersecurity operations. As a change management consultant, you’ll use your expertise to help your team assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop business processes to develop improved workflows and solutions for increased efficiency. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices.

You Have: 

• Experience conducting process analysis and implementing solutions for efficiency

• Experience with developing strategic organizational road maps and setting milestones

• Experience with working in multi-stakeholder, technical, and matrixed organizational environments

• Experience creating deliverables, reports, templates, and forms to meet a new requirement

• Ability to interpret data using data visualization tools, including Power BI, and work with both structured and unstructured data and the ETL process

• Ability to conduct research, gather information through interviews, understand client business and technical requirements, synthesize findings, apply analytic expertise to derive insights that contribute to the development of client solutions, and present complex data effectively

• Ability to independently author and present client briefings and communications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, adapt to constantly changing requests, apply critical thinking to a wide variety of problems, and present ideas articulately

• Secret clearance 

• Bachelor's degree 

  

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with large-scale project management, business process improvement, organizational transformation, and IT digital transformation projects 

• Experience collaborating on solutions for business problems with Power Automate and Power BI

• Experience monitoring an organization’s metrics for trends and key insights

• Experience supporting a Quality Management Program

• Experience in solving complex problems with both traditional and out-of-the-box solutions

• Knowledge of scrum, agile, or design thinking methodologies

• Ability to learn new SAAS platforms, including Power Platform or ServiceNow

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
