You Have:
3 years of experience implementing change management strategies, processes, and tools supporting change adoption to bridge the gaps that enable people, process, and technical solutions
Experience with executing organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training development
Experience applying quantitative data and analysis to inform and improve the effectiveness of internal organizational structure, workforce, process, or technical solutions
Experience with change management methodologies, such as Prosci, and models, such as ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, or Agile
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change activities
Ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience implementing change management solutions for Department of Defense organizations
Experience with engaging and managing stakeholders on behalf of government clients
Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where high ambiguity and uncertainty exists
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree
Change Management Professional, Program Management, or Process Improvement certification, including Prosci, CCMP, or CMAP
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
