Homeland Security Senior Manager

Key Role:

Design, develop, and execute solutions in support of intelligence organizations, missions, or processes. Apply advanced theories, principles, and concepts and contribute to development of new principles and concepts. Lead development of solutions to highly complex problems. Deliver services and solutions to clients as a leader on Booz Allen's law enforcement and immigration team. Identify and lead growth opportunities. Collaborate to transform the way federal agencies use technology by integrating advanced technology and modernizing systems. Apply industry-leading approaches and technologies to solve complex client challenges and provide highly innovative solutions. Work in a cross-cutting fashion to drive consistency across all layers.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in the federal intelligence space

• 10 years of experience with program management

• 5 years of experience developing solutions and delivering systems for resilience, reliability, performance, and high availability

• 3 years of experience leading teams

• Experience architecting comprehensive solutions based on RFPs and supporting business development efforts

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to partner with senior-level client stakeholders, provide technical thought leadership, and bring innovation to achieve business needs

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Salary : $139,400 - $259,000
