Key Role:
Act as a strategic business leader and program manager partnering directly with internal and external leaders, including Officers-In-Charge (OICs), to effectively lead program or project teams throughout the system delivery lifecycle. Provide delivery leadership, business management, and client management for projects or programs. Maintain responsibility for providing guidance and direction on technical management, business management, service delivery, and overall contract performance. Leverage knowledge of cloud specific technologies and services and understanding and wide application of technical concepts in the field. Contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience with IT strategy and system implementation
Experience in Cloud technologies and infrastructure
Experience managing all aspects of large and complex projects by ensuring timely performance, accuracy, and completeness
Experience executing in Agile methodologies
Experience with Jira
Experience in a flexible environment, interacting with IT executives, business product owners, developers, and functional managers
Ability to identify risks proactively, recommend mitigating actions, and drive them to resolution
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
PMP Certification
Additional Qualifications:
Experience supporting large integration platforms
Scrum Master Certification
Microsoft Azure Cloud Fundamentals Certification
Amazon Web Services Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
