This position will allow you to work with clients to develop and implement solutions and help solve challenges along the way. Like to see your plans in action? You Have: 

• 3 years of experience implementing process improvement initiatives leveraging Lean Six Sigma concepts and methods such as DMAIC

• 3 years of experience facilitating process improvement workshops using Lean methodologies

• 1 years of experience facilitating Agile training

• 1 years of experience process mapping in MS Visio

• 1 years of experience conducting statistical analyses

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

• Certified Scrum Trainer, SAFe Program Consultant, or ICAgile Authorized Instructor Certification

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience leading projects and managing team members

• Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force or DoD

• Ability to assess whether a candidate process would be better leveraged using COTS automation software

• TS/SCI clearance

• Master's degree

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
