The Opportunity:
Booz Allen is seeking Palantir Software Engineer SMEs to support mission-critical projects leveraging Palantir Foundry. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to lead the development of scalable data pipelines, robust applications, and integrate various data sources to drive impactful decision-making. You’ll contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

What You'll Work On:

• Develop and maintain Foundry pipelines using Pipeline Builder to ingest, transform, and integrate data.
• Build modular applications and workflows leveraging Python, and Foundry.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders to refine data models and ontology mapping.
• Work in agile development environments, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

You Have:

• Experience developing in data integration and analytics platforms, using Palantir Foundry
• Experience with Python 
• Experience with Pipeline Builder and Foundry's application development ecosystem
• Experience with data modeling, ontology mapping, or data visualization within Foundry
• Experience delivering Foundry in a client environment
• Experience with Git-based code repositories and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to work in fast-paced, Agile environments
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in mission-oriented analytics or logistics-based data environments
• Experience with R or Typescript, or AIP
• Experience leading development teams or mentoring junior engineers
• Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices and software lifecycle methodologies
• Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
