Project Management Specialist, Senior

Key Role:

Manage consulting engagements and technology-based Information Technology (IT) solution projects for clients. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members. Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. May serve as a point of contact for the client or customer.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Experience working and leading in a team environment

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED and 9 years of experience in project management, Associate’s degree in a Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business field and 7 years of experience in project management, or Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business field and 3 years of experience in project management

• Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
