This role is more than just coding. As a full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have: 

• 7 years of experience in software development, including with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks  

• Experience with writing code in Python 

• Experience in using JavaScript or TypeScript

• Experience with software testing

• Experience with working in Linux 

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or IT field and 7 years of experience in software engineering, or 11 years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree 

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience in developing unit tests to automate regression testing

• Experience with designing and implementing object-oriented solutions

• Experience with Docker, Flask, Apache Airflow, HTML, Bootstrap, User Interface Design, MongoDB, Minio, and VSCode

• Experience with basic networking

• Experience with various signals processing systems 

• Knowledge of data structures and multi-threaded processing

• Knowledge of modern telephony systems and cellular technologies

• Ability to identify and anticipate needs of a user community, development staff, and integrated applications

• Possession of strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Salary : $69,400 - $158,000
