The Opportunity:
As a Small Business Office Analyst, you will use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical proposal documents and support small business compliance and initiatives in partnership with our market teams. We need you to bring your contract management knowledge to our Small Business Office team where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable collaborator who finds creative solutions to complex problems.
As a Small Business Office Analyst on our team, you’ll use your program management and small business expertise to capture, implement, and manage a diverse range of proposals and contracts in partnership with our markets. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from support of proposal creation to management of final reporting on small business subcontracting. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies, and manage small business subcontracting goals in program delivery.
As a trusted business partner, you’ll assist in the development and reporting of small business subcontracting plans. You’ll also use your strategizing skills to provide the most compelling case to increase proposal wins and acceptance of small business subcontracting plans.

You Have:
7 years of experience with FAR and government procurement regulations
5 years of experience investigating and resolving compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, or government regulatory agencies
5 years of experience working with senior leaders to resolve a variety of complex problems
Experience working with a geographically dispersed team
Knowledge of Small Business policies and procedures to ensure that these comply with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met
Ability to understand and apply principles, concepts, practices, and standards for supplier diversity
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Nice If You Have:
Experience developing and implementing programs designed to increase employee awareness of compliance policies
Knowledge of small business industry best practices
Ability to audit and evaluate policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
