Key Role:
Lead a team of technical experts responsible for operating and enhancing a suite of business systems supporting Booz Allen’s supply chain and procurement processes. Lead the design and continuous improvement of Ivalua and other supply chain and procurement systems to support the evolution of business needs and technology capabilities. Focus on IT operational excellence and support a Tier 1 critical application. Develop, own, and execute product roadmaps. Engage with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and backlog prioritization. Maintain responsibility for leading discussions with the business to elicit system improvements, translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and devise the best technical solution for integrations and configurations to ensure system operability and scalability. Implement agile software development best practices to maintain and modernize systems. Oversee the development of integrations between Ivalua and external systems, including Costpoint. Review technical and business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications
10 years of experience as a technical lead for a supply chain system, including supply chain business processes, such as accounts payable, sourcing, subcontracts, and purchasing
6 years of experience with Product Management and building roadmaps
Experience with producing operational reports in the supply chain management system or via an external reporting tool, including Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of full procurement lifecycle, including supplier management, sourcing, contracts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, catalogs, and reporting
Ability to function as an Advisory Consultant for Supply Chain and Procurement teams on technology solutions to meet the company's business needs
Ability to collaborate closely with functional stakeholders, end users, and leads on configurations and solutioning modules with Ivalua
Ability to function as coach and mentor to team members
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) or Source to Pay (S2P) systems, including Ivalua, Coupa, Oracle Hyperion, or SAP Ariba
Experience with Agile software delivery management tools and techniques, including Scrum, JIRA, or Confluence
Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and integration software, including MuleSoft
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts
Possession of excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including giving presentations to business and technical leaders

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
