· Licensing: Life & Health License and AHIP Medicare certification (must be obtained within three weeks of hire; training provided).
· Experience: Minimum two years of sales experience with a proven ability to build new business and maintain strong client relationships.

Role Overview:
As a Insurance Broker, you will provide personalized insurance consultations for Medicare, Dental, Vision, Hearing, Life, Critical Illness, Long-Term Care, and Property & Casualty coverage. You will work exclusively with company-provided, qualified leads—no cold calling required. Your goal is to develop customized policies that meet clients’ needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
