Job Title: Blackstone Real Estate, Portfolio Management – Senior Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Become proficient in Blackstone Real Estate’s global funds and investments.
• Source, summarize, and disseminate real-time information across the global portfolio, working in partnership with regional Portfolio Management counterparts in Europe and Asia, as well as the Portfolio Management and Asset Management teams in the U.S.
• Collaborate with investor relations, public affairs and other Blackstone teams to support the creation of talking points, quarterly and ad-hoc investor reporting and presentation materials, assisting in the preparation of the annual global investor conference.
• Support senior leadership preparation for internal meetings, ad-hoc requests and strategy support.
• Participate in global special projects relating to portfolio information and strategy / positioning of the Real Estate business.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business / Hotel Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerQuery and Visual Basic Application tools to build out detailed analytical models, data trackers and visual graphs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to develop reporting and marketing presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Tableau, PowerBI and online software tools to create interactive reports and live dashboards.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience presenting to and project managing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience using Dealpath online software to track deal statuses and conduct acquisition and disposition analyses.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project managing business deliverables across a global team that spans several time zones.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in and execution of projects relating to investment considerations, fundamental real estate trends and real estate portfolio information. 
• Experience can be concurrent.

Expected annual base salary range:

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
