654Global is a premier ground transportation company specializing in safe and reliable transport for commercial airline flight crews. We are now hiring On-Call Airline Crew Shuttle Drivers for our BDL airport.

This position is ideal for drivers with flexible overnight availability who are committed to safety, professionalism, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Pay: $500 per week (Flat rate for consistent availability during designated hours)
• Status: On-Call / Overnight Coverage
• Location: IAH/HOU or BDL Airports
• Days: Overnight availability required, including weekends and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation for airline crew members between designated airports and hotels
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Assist with luggage handling as needed
• Stay in consistent communication with dispatch via phone, radio, or app
• Track flight schedules and arrival times using GPS and mobile apps
• Prioritize safety, punctuality, and discretion at all times

Requirements

• Must be at least 25 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Pass pre-employment background check, MVR, physical, and drug screening
• Basic tech proficiency (smartphone, GPS, tracking apps)
• Strong communication skills and overnight schedule flexibility
