Key Responsibilities:
SEM Campaign Development & Management:
- Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) to meet client KPIs and growth objectives.
- Execute comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine existing campaigns.
- Develop and implement bid strategies, budget management, and performance tracking for each campaign.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.) to monitor performance, generate insights, and drive continuous improvements.
- Create and maintain detailed performance dashboards and reports, highlighting trends, challenges, and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to systematically improve campaign outcomes.
Strategic Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and technical specialists to ensure SEM strategies are aligned with broader client objectives.
- Communicate complex performance data and actionable insights to internal teams and clients in clear, strategic terms.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in search engine algorithms to proactively adjust strategies.
Process & Workflow Enhancement:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of agency SEM best practices, processes, and workflows.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members in SEM techniques and data analysis methods.
Qualifications:
Experience & Background:
- 2-4 years of hands-on SEM experience, with a strong preference for candidates with agency backgrounds.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid search campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with advanced SEM tools and platforms (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is a bonus.
Analytical & Strategic Acumen:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and strategic focus.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate campaign performance and strategy recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
