Purpose of the Job
The Senior Director of Product Management for Email Applications will lead the strategic oversight and development of the Email product portfolio at 6sense, including its GenAI-based Conversational Email application. This role is critical in defining the future product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aiming to revolutionize how B2B sales and marketing teams utilize AI to enhance revenue growth and customer engagement. The Senior Director will be instrumental in establishing a strong product-market fit, continuously interacting with clients to deeply understand their needs and validate the solutions provided. Through expert leadership and strategic acumen, this role will drive product innovation and deliver tailored solutions that align with evolving market demands and client expectations.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for 6sense’s Email Marketing product portfolio that aligns with the overarching product and business objectives. Ensure the roadmap drives differentiation, enabling 6sense to achieve its growth aspirations in the short, mid, and long term. Anticipate future trends and proactively shape strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Assume full ownership of the end-to-end execution of the vision for Email applications, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of software product delivery and the strategic impact of high-level technical decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement of products, working relentlessly to enhance customer experience.
- Engage with customers to grasp their challenges and requirements. Utilize direct interactions and data-driven metrics, such as NPS and customer feedback, to pinpoint critical areas for development. Transform detailed customer insights and market intelligence into a strategically differentiated product portfolio. Leverage these insights to identify potential product extensions and avenues for robust growth.

Compensation
Base Salary Range : $204,387 to $299,768. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO).
