6Star Properties is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Summit Creek Apartments, a 242 Unit building in Colorado Springs, C0. Experienced Maintenance Technicians with apartment experience are encouraged to apply!
The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Manager. They will perform maintenance duties to ensure good resident relations; maintain and enhance the value of the community; and contribute to the economic success of the property.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Assist in preparing vacant apartments to market ready condition as needed.
2. Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner
3. Perform on-call emergency service as required
4. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to eliminate untimely and costly breakdowns in equipment, appliances etc. Functions may include, but are not limited to: Light bulb changes, filter changes, lock repairs, install/repair window coverings, HVAC repairs, caulking, painting, pool maintenance, and test pool chemical levels.
5. Accurately document time sheets, daily maintenance logs, and other checklists as assigned.
6. Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacant, models, clubhouse and common areas to the Property Manager.
7. Assist Property Manager on special projects when applicable. Assist Property Manager in meeting budget requirements for tools, equipment, and repair items.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Experience:
- Maintenance: 4 years (Required)
