We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented leasing agent to join our team. As a leasing agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants during their search for the perfect rental property. Your main objective is to provide excellent customer service, showcase available units, and ultimately secure lease agreements.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to phone and email inquiries from prospective tenants in a timely manner
-Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting key feature and benefits
-Follow up with prospective tenants to answer any questions and provide additional information
-Review and process rental applications, ensuring accurate completion and necessary documentation
-Prepare and out lease agreements to tenants, and answer any leasing questions
-Assist tenants with move-in process, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting move in inspections
Requirements:
-2 years of leasing agent experience
-Previous experience in customer service or sales
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
-Knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations
