We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory control, including pricing, stocking, and product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store management is preferred.
- Strong skills in sales management and customer service.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory management tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
