Our Store Manager plays a key role in directly impacting the success of the store and needs to be comfortable interacting with customers, general staff and company partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an environment that makes our customers want to continue shopping with our company and will be expected to develop excellent relationships with all members of their team. This position is full-time and available in the West Allis, Wisconsin area.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement marketing and sales programs for the store.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for employees.
- Supervise employees.
- Be responsible for hiring, firing, and disciplining employees.
- Follow federal and state labor laws and other local guidelines.
- Balance daily sales figures against long-term goals.
- Analyze the store's performance and make recommendations based on the data.
- Be proficient at using Microsoft Excel; effectively manage time; prioritize tasks; analyze data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
