,Summary:
The Director of Maintenance provides support to all 7 Brew Coffee locations by handling all maintenance needs that arise on a day-to-day basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, repairing, and preservation of coffee and refrigeration equipment at all stand locations. Performs preventive maintenance such as cleaning and rebuilding machines and routine inspections.
- Responsible for repairing and/or replacing exterior TVs at all stand locations as needed.
- Responsible for all facility maintenance, which may include plumbing and HVAC repairs.
- Executes routine plumbing to include bathroom toilets, sinks, and instant water heaters.
- Maintaining exterior appearance of stand locations including the surrounding parking lot area.
- Ability to operate a power washing machine as needed.
- Executes routine electrical work to include preventive maintenance on electrical breakers; lights and ballasts; promotional signage.
- Repairing any broken lock or door hardware in the stand. Responsible for hanging ancillary signage throughout the stand.
- Reporting and tracking of all work orders through Brew Crew ticketing system and communicating efficiently with the operations team to facilitate repairs in a timely manner.
- Purchasing and ordering machine/equipment parts and project supplies as required.
- Complying with safety regulations and procedures as required by Brew Team of TN and KY, OSHA, 7 Brew corporate, and manufacturer specifications.
- Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required services.
- Responsible for maintaining any assigned company vehicle and keeping in good professional condition.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 3 years of maintenance and/or construction experience, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
- Fundamental working knowledge of machines, plumbing, flooring, and electrical, and familiar with operating hand and power tools. Prior experience operating lifts is a plus.
- Must be a self-starter with effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate solutions using critical thinking skills.
- Must have a valid state driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer skills are needed.
Travel: 100% travel is expected for this position. This position will be required to travel throughout the United States for specific maintenance certification training and or continued education.
Salary: $70,000/year plus health insurance (planned September) and cell phone reimbursement up to $100/month. Company maintenance van will be assigned as well as a work vehicle.
