Videographer/Animator

7-Brew is a rapidly expanding drive-thru beverage chain with over 300 locations across 32 states. We're one of the fastest-growing QSR brands in the world, with plans to open another 200 locations in 2025.

The videographer will be responsible for producing video content for digital and social media purposes. This role will involve filming a wide variety of videos such as TikTok trends, mini-documentaries, product videos, and scripted advertisements. The videographer will work closely with the rest of the creative team to align videos with monthly campaigns and the overall brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Ideation & Preproduction:

• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and plan video projects.
•  Script and storyboard video concepts.
• Keep production progress up to date in work management software.

Production:

• Plan, film, and edit branded videos for marketing purposes.
• Assist with filming of large commercial shoots.
• Run audio recorder and boom microphone.
• Transport and set up filming equipment.

Post-Production & Organization:

• Edit raw footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Animate motion graphics for digital boards and ads.
• Sculpt and animate 3D objects for advertisements. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography and video editing.
• Keep files and assets organized in DAM system.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• B.A. in Digital Cinema or Media Production preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in videography and media production.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, & DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with cinema cameras & DSLR’s.
• Ability to quickly turnaround a video on a short deadline.
• Proficient in color grading RAW footage.
• Team player who can work well with a team on a video shoot.
• 3D sculpting & animation in Blender.
• Experience in audio recording and editing.
• Drone certification is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition.
•  Strong story and communication skills to plan and propose storyboard and scripts.
•  Safely lift and move objects up to 30 lbs.
