Job Summary
Cedars at Dungeness is seeking a Pro Shop Member to join our team for the season! This part-time role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about golf and providing exceptional customer service. Apply today! The Pro Shop team member is responsible for ensuring every guest is greeted and offered assistance upon arrival. Will be able to answer any questions relating to the golf experience at The Cedars at Dungeness and will also be thoroughly knowledgeable of the merchandise and assist guest with their purchases.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- To greet and provide superior customer service
- Must ensure the Pro Shop and rental equipment are clean and in working order on a daily basis
- Open and close the Pro-Shop as needed
- Make tee time reservations for members, non-members and tournaments, assisting with smooth operation and traffic flow
- Check in golfers on the Point-of-Sale system
- Manage the 1st Tee
- Stock and restock merchandise in the Pro-Shop; promote sales
- Continuously works to improve product knowledge and inventory awareness
- Keep the shop both clean and organized; maintains merchandise attractive and in orderly appearance
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Must follow all safety rules and regulations
- Follow all general and department policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Cash handling and basic computer skills
- Golf knowledge required
- Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
- Must be able to work well under pressure during heavy traffic periods
- A team player with excellent customer service and sales skills
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and/or team members
- Strong organization, prioritization and multiple-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
- Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust to change in a positive manner
