We are looking for a Director Digital Marketing to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage Inbound Leads : Respond to inquiries from potential customers through various digital platforms (phone, email, chat, etc.), ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Qualify Prospects : Assess the needs and readiness of inbound leads, qualifying them based on their home improvement interests and ensuring they are a good fit for our services.
• Schedule Appointments : Set up appointments for home improvement estimates by coordinating calendars with our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to consultation.
• Provide Information : Explain our services, processes, and value propositions to prospective clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Maintain CRM : Accurately record lead information, appointment details, and follow-ups in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure all interactions are documented and tracked.
• Follow Up : Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to confirm appointments and address any concerns or additional questions they may have.
• Customer Experience Focused : Always deliver excellent customer service, creating a positive first impression and ensuring potential clients feel heard, valued, and confident in our services.
