QUALIFICATIONS
- Be able to take and pass their state's life insurance test within 30 days of hire. Will be required to take their Series 65 within 1 year of hire.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell & Maintain Life Insurance & Annuities
- Sell & Maintain Assets Under Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide tailored financial advice and solutions to clients
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Collaborate with the team and share best practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and compliance documentation
WORK SCHEDULE
- Days: As needed (8:30 – 5:30)
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Travel: As Needed
- Work: Onsite/possibility of hybrid
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary range: up to $265,000 // New hire incentives
- Transitions or Starter Packages, Commissions, 401(k) and Insurance Bonus/Commission
