Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring sufficient staffing levels to meet the needs of our guests
- Recruiting, training, and developing staff
- Developing strong vendor relations
- Maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and merchandised store
- Promoting 7-Eleven to our guests and community
- Maximizing sales and profits
- Identifying and resolving sales obstacles
- Managing and maintaining proper inventory levels and controls
Key Requirements
You must be highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Retail or food service experience is a plus.
