Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and Health Department standards; Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns; Collaborating with the Restaurant Leader to develop and implement strategies for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction;
Requirements:
Candidates should possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to multitask, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Word and Excel, is also essential.
