Role Summary

You will be responsible for gathering, authoring and publishing clear, concise and high-quality content for a variety of audiences. In addition, this position will perform quality assurance on content developed to ensure adherence to set styles and standards.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Use multiple tools and methodologies to produce user content for a variety of audiences
• Create task-oriented documentation for new processes in fast-paced business environment
• Participate in a dynamic authoring environment designed around quality, continuous improvement and fast-paced delivery.
• Collaborate with teams in the development of documentation
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
• Manage updates and revisions
• Effectively communicate changes

Role Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity, independent development, tight, multi-faceted timelines
• Ability to grasp complex processes and distill them into usable documentation
• Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
