Manage and direct the investigative resources for the company to resolve theft and fraud. This role will direct the accountability efforts within the franchise organization by identifying exceptions through reporting and building compelling cases. Manages the internal theft identification, investigation, and resolution for all corporate stores, In-House Maintenance and Store Support Centers. This position will also manage the Business Continuity and corporate security programs for the company.Key duties and responsibilities : Lead the effort to initiate, investigate, and resolve theft and fraud cases for the company.Utilizing Exception-Based Reporting (EBR) - Work directly with legal to identify fraud in franchise locations and investigate accordingly.Identify tools and the latest technology to assist in preventing or resolving theft and fraud issues.Work with Law Enforcement at the local and federal level to support investigations by providing reports, video, and expert testimony.Coordinate Business Continuity support for the business to deal with issues like hurricanes, wildfires, civil unrest, etc.Manage the field investigations program to specifically reduce merchandise, cash, and lottery shortage in corporate stores.Education and experience : Education – bachelors / 4-year degree.Years of relevant work experience – 5 years.Years of management experience – 5 years.Knowledge and skills : Expert with Microsoft Office – Excel / Word / PPT.Extensive experience with exception-based reporting.Certified with investigative interview / interrogation skills.Presentation skills for Legal and Senior Leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
