Job Overview:
Supervises a team of Information Technology Services personnel; develops corporate policies, programs and procedures as they relate to IT; ensures compliance with company and store policies, procedures, standards and goals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervises, hires, trains, evaluates and motivates a team of ITS personnel ranging across a variety of specialized disciplines
- Understands the business areas being supported well; works with the business areas for preparation of business plans, strategic directions, and resolution of problems
- Directs and coordinates the work plans and activities of those personnel assigned to and ensures requirements and quality of work are met at the expected level
- Provides guidance and direction on problems, solutions. system parameters and modifications; conducts operational walk-throughs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and efficiency of systems, programs and solutions
- Provides information, advice, and staff assistance to management regarding new hardware and software
- Negotiate with vendors to maximize return on expenditures for supplies, maintenance agreements and capital purchases
- Propose changes in operations and/or established systems in an effort to enhance controls or improve efficiencies through better use of technology
- Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management

- Must have a minimum of a VS rating on the last two annual reviews.
- Demonstrate expertise with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to track multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent understanding of intra-department operations.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Education: Bachelor's Degree of equivalent education and experience
- IT or Business Related Field
Other Skills:
- 5 years professional ITS experience preferred.
- Equivalent experience leading a team or project management.
- Supervisor Experience
